The bipolar nature of some employees deserves a separate story, but I want to point out that when you join this company - forget about the Labor Code of the Russian Federation (they don’t care about it, they have their own code, their own rules - they're written somewhere, but no one will show them to you). Since the salary is a base + KPI, you can earn there, even if you have no experience at all. The schedule (during the interview, the schedule of 4/3 was discussed, but in reality, you might end up with 2/5, 6/1, and other variations) - if you’re lucky, you’ll have a hellish schedule - and you really will have a chance to earn the promised money (if you don’t die before that). In the opposite case, the figures they promised you will only be seen in dreams (they’ll give you only 10 shifts a month, that’s all). When you resign, you will work for 2 weeks, because it’s required by the Labor Code, but they’ll pay your salary a month later (since you’re not hired according to the Labor Code). If the stars align - you’ll receive your base pay in one day a month later (forget about KPI - no one will show you your actual performance metrics, you’ll just have to guess whether you worked well during that time or not). I wasn’t lucky. I practically bothered all the employees in chats for 2 days to find out when they would finally send me my "millions". They may pay for the internship. Or they may not pay. And since I signed a waiver of claims, I really have no claims against the company as such. This review is just a review. Just a story about how I wasn’t lucky.
