My experience working at this company left me with exclusively negative impressions. The management is absolutely incompetent: many decisions are made without considering the actual situation at the sites, which leads to missed deadlines and other problems.
I especially want to highlight the payment system. The salary is divided into two parts: the fixed salary specified in the contract and a bonus that is not mentioned in the official documents. This bonus often makes up 50% of your earnings, but upon resignation, it is not paid out to you, citing that it is not included in the contract. This creates enormous risks for employees who are forced to work without knowing if they will receive their full salary.
Moreover, getting fired in the company is not an employee's right but a "privilege." According to management, to resign, you need to "deserve" this right, which is absolutely absurd and deprives workers of their basic rights to a dignified termination of employment.
If you value stability, respect for employees’ rights, and honesty, I strongly recommend looking for another place to work.
