A chain of at least six establishments across Belgrade. Currently, only three locations are operational. I managed to work in several of them — everywhere had the same problems, which were disadvantageous for the top management of this logistical nightmare. Over the course of two years, I witnessed: — A godless schedule, where cooks and waiters could work five or six days straight, take one day off, and continue in the same spirit. — Direct deception of consumers and enticing employees to participate in it. For example, vegans could be fed non-vegan food, and those fasting could be given non-fasting options. — The employer has no regard for the comfort of employees: at 11 PM, in a city paralyzed by protests after the shift, getting home via public transport is impossible — do whatever you want, but you must be at work by 10 AM. Although there is an option for a taxi, they might simply not approve it for you. — At my "favorite" establishment in the chain, we worked for two months under the wonderful stench coming from damaged sewage pipes. The smell was indescribable and reached even the dining area, yet no one did anything about it during all this time. On the day of the breakthrough of this miracle, of course, no one closed the establishment, and the brown, fragrant sludge that spread across the floor was suggested for the waiters to clean up. At the same time, the bartender, who realized something was happening a bit earlier, was scooping out the fecal snow from the ice maker, which we fed to the esteemed guests for half a day. Against this backdrop, the mice wandering around the locker room appeared almost organic. — Also, management had the habit of firing people in one day. There were instances of the entire staff of one establishment being dismissed in order to transfer workers from a recently closed branch.
